About NCSS

The National Council for School Safety (NCSS) is India's first national platform dedicated exclusively to school safeguarding and compliance. Role Overview

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Outreach Executive, based in Noida. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with schools and educational institutions, coordinating outreach programs, and identifying opportunities to expand the organisation's partnerships. The Executive will lead strategy discussions, generate leads, close deals, and ensure clear communication of the organisation's initiatives. They will also work closely with teams to report progress, analyse performance, and contribute to achieving targeted impact goals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Institutional Outreach & Pipeline Development

Identify and connect with schools, educational institutions, and associations across regions.

Build a strong pipeline through calls, meetings, networking, and education events.

2. School Engagement & Program Adoption

Present NCSS membership and solutions to principals, trustees, and administrators.

Drive adoption, onboarding, and renewals of NCSS programs.

3. Relationship Management

Build long-term, trust-based partnerships with school leadership.

Act as a consultant and advisor on safety compliance, highlighting gaps and offering solutions. Secure referrals and advocacy from partner schools.

4. Representation & Visibility

Represent NCSS at conferences, education forums, and leadership meets.

Enhance NCSS's reputation as the national authority on school safety.

5. Reporting & Team Collaboration

Maintain accurate CRM records of outreach, meetings, and sign-ups.

Share insights with Partnerships & Programs teams to align strategy and delivery.

Qualifications

Experience in School sales, business development, and lead generation

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships

Proficiency in outreach planning and partnership development

Strong organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively

Proactive and goal-oriented mindset

Familiarity with the education sector and child welfare programs is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

Requirements

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Education, Marketing, or related fields.

23 years of experience in institutional outreach, partnerships, or client relations (experience with schools/education sector preferred).

Strong networking skills with the ability to influence senior decision-makers.

Knowledge of the education industry, compliance frameworks, and partnerships.

Fluency in English & Hindi; regional languages a plus.

Willingness to travel extensively.
