Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Operations Manager based in Bengaluru. The role involves overseeing day-to-day operational processes, managing customer relationships to ensure satisfaction, and driving business growth through effective sales strategies. The individual will coordinate with teams, analyse operational performance, and implement improvements to enhance overall efficiency and customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate data and make informed decisions
  • Experience in operations management and the ability to streamline workflows effectively
  • Proficient in customer service and focused on maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Excellent communication skills for managing both internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to develop sales strategies and drive results
  • Organisational and leadership skills, with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in sports management or a related field is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, or a related field
