Job Description

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage day-to-day sales and operational activities of the company.
  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and business growth objectives.
  • Generate leads, conduct client meetings, and convert enquiries into successful project closures.
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with design, procurement, and execution teams for seamless delivery.
  • Oversee end-to-end project operations from onboarding to final handover.
  • Ensure projects are delivered within timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships and provide regular project updates.
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, consultants, and internal departments for smooth project execution.
  • Monitor team performance and provide leadership to improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Prepare sales reports, project status reports, and operational updates for management review.
  • Identify operational challenges and implement process improvements.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through timely communication and issue resolution.
  • Keep updated with market trends, interior industry developments, and competitor activities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field.
  • 6–8 years of experience in Sales and Operations, preferably in Interior Design, Construction, or Real Estate industry.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and client management skills.
  • Experience in handling residential and commercial interior projects.
  • Excellent coordination and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Candidate should be self-motivated, target-oriented, energetic, and adaptable to a fast-paced work environment.
Preferred Candidate Profile
  • Prior experience in Interior Designing / Turnkey Interior Projects.
  • Strong understanding of project execution and customer relationship management.
  • Ability to manage teams and drive business growth effectively.
