About The Role
Company is looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Operations Manager to lead our B2C travel business. This role involves managing end-to-end sales and operations, driving revenue growth, and ensuring seamless customer experiences across corporate and retail segments.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive B2C sales across international domestic air travel, hotels, and holiday packages
- Manage corporate and retail client relationships to maximize revenue
- Oversee complete travel operations including bookings, ticketing, reissues, cancellations, and refunds
- Lead and manage a team of travel consultants, ensuring productivity and service excellence
- Handle airline (IATA LCC) coordination and vendor relationships
- Work extensively on GDS systems, B2B portals, and CRM tool
- Ensure efficient lead management and high conversion rates
- Develop and implement SOPs to enhance operational efficiency
- Support branch operations and contribute to business expansion
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the travel industry
- Proven experience managing a team of consultants
- Strong knowledge of IATA LCC airlines, ticketing, and travel operations
- Hands-on experience with GDS, B2B portals, and CRM systems
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle both corporate and retail travel segments
