Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Sales and Operations Intern. The Intern will be responsible for supporting sales processes, managing customer interactions, and contributing to effective sales management. Day-to-day tasks may include handling client inquiries, developing strong customer relationships, and supporting operational tasks to streamline workflows. The Intern will work alongside the Sales and Operations team to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Experience working with Microsoft Office (and Copilot) is must-have.
• Strong Communication skills to understand and address client requirements effectively.
• Knowledge and interest in Sales and Product management to support revenue growth and performance.
• Proactive problem-solving and team collaboration abilities.
• Pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior internship or work experience in a related field is an advantage.
