We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented
Sales Operations Executive to support our growing business in the adhesive/tape industry. The role involves a mix of
inside sales, client coordination, and backend operations .
Key Responsibilities
Sales Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities (B2B / dealer network)
- Manage existing clients and build strong relationships
- Handle inquiries, quotations, and order conversions
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with distributors and channel partners
Operations Responsibilities
- Process orders, billing, and dispatch coordination
- Maintain inventory and stock records
- Handle logistics and delivery follow-ups
- Prepare MIS reports and sales data in Excel
- Coordinate between sales, warehouse, and accounts teams
Required Skills
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of sales coordination operations
- Proficiency in MS Excel / MIS reporting
- Understanding of inventory / dispatch processes
- Ability to multitask and handle client coordination
