WAII is a premium wellness brand focused on ritual-based aroma products designed for modern lifestyles. We work with spas, resorts, hotels, and corporate clients to create curated wellness experiences and customized gifting solutions.

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive who can actively pitch WAII to hospitality and corporate clients, onboard partnerships, and contribute creative ideas for brand growth.

  • Passionate about wellness & premium brands Key Responsibilities B2B Sales & Client Acquisition
  • Identify and approach spas, resorts, hotels, salons, and premium retail/showrooms
  • Pitch WAII products for bulk orders, in-store placement, and experience collaborations Corporate Gifting
  • Pitch customized gift boxes to companies
  • Understand client requirements and suggest tailored WAII kits
  • Manage end-to-end coordination from pitch to delivery Marketing & Strategy
  • Suggest creative ideas for product positioning and campaigns
  • Support influencer collaborations and brand outreach
  • Assist in building WAII's presence in premium spaces Tools & Technical Skills
  • MS Excel / Google Sheets
  • PowerPoint / Canva
  • Basic CRM tools (or willingness to learn)
  • Social media understanding Skills Required
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Confident, proactive, and self-driven
  • Good aesthetic sense
  • Ability to build relationships and close deals Qualification
  • MBA (Marketing / Sales preferred)
  • Freshers with strong intent can apply
