This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mohpa as a Sales and Marketing Trainee. The role entails learning and assisting with market research, lead generation, and outreach to potential clients. Responsibilities include analyzing sales trends, creating strategies to improve business growth, supporting marketing campaigns, and maintaining customer relationship management systems. The position provides hands-on exposure to sales and marketing techniques, offering a solid foundation in this field.

• Basic knowledge and understanding of Sales, Business Development, and Marketing strategies.
• Proficiency in lead generation, customer relationship management, and sales analysis.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and teams.
• Adaptability, willingness to learn, and a proactive attitude in addressing challenges.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and understanding of digital marketing tools will be an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
