Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing professional at our Gandhidham location. Responsibilities include developing and implementing marketing plans, identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, delivering high-quality customer service, supporting sales management efforts, and conducting training programs to enhance team performance. The role also involves building and maintaining strong relationships with patients, clients, and healthcare partners to promote Sterling's services and uphold its patient-centric mission.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in Sales and Sales Management, including identifying opportunities, building client relationships, and achieving targets.
- Proficiency in creating and conducting Training programs to empower and develop sales teams.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team, with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in the healthcare industry or hospital-based sales and marketing will be an added advantage.
- High-level organizational and time management skills with a focus on detail and efficiency.
