This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The role is primarily based in South Dum-Dum, with some work-from-home flexibility. The specialist will be responsible for engaging with customers, developing sales strategies, managing sales goals, conducting training sessions, and ensuring excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks may include identifying new sales opportunities, maintaining client relationships, analyzing market trends, and coordinating with marketing teams to implement promotional campaigns.

• Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management processes
• Ability to develop and deliver effective Training sessions
• Strong organizational and time-management capabilities
• Proven experience in achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Familiarity with CRM tools and market analytics is a plus
