Role Overview

Zapulse is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive with 1–2 years of experience to join our growing team in Coimbatore. The selected candidate will be responsible for driving business development initiatives, generating qualified leads, building strong client relationships, and supporting strategic marketing activities. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work closely with leadership while contributing directly to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through lead generation and prospecting.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.
  • Support the execution of sales and marketing campaigns.
  • Present company offerings to potential clients and assist in proposal development.
  • Manage and maintain the sales pipeline and follow-up activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful client engagement and project delivery.
  • Contribute to revenue growth through proactive business development efforts.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in lead generation, client engagement, and sales pipeline management.
  • Ability to conduct market research and identify business opportunities.
  • Understanding of B2B sales processes and marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital communication tools.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related discipline.
