Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Interior Design Sales role based in Bengaluru. The role involves engaging with clients to understand their design needs, creating personalized interior solutions, and offering expert advice on space planning and furniture selection. The individual will also be responsible for building client relationships, managing sales processes, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Candidates must be willing to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment to deliver creative design solutions aligned with clients vision and preferences.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Sales skills to engage with clients and drive successful outcomes
• Proficiency in Interior Design and Space Planning to understand and address client needs effectively
• Knowledge of Furniture arrangement and selection to complement design projects
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building and maintaining client relationships
• Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and meet project deadlines
• Background or certification in interior design or a related field is highly advantageous
• Passion for design and a client-centered approach to sales
