Job Overview

• Role: Sales Executive – Furniture Manufacturing
• Industry: Furniture Manufacturing / B2B & Retail Sales
• Reporting To: Sales Manager / Head of Business Development
• Location: Field and Office-based

Your Role

• Visit D & B Firms, Architects, Interior designers, Contractors.
• Generate leads and new business opportunities
• Build strong customer relationships
• Promote and present our products
• Follow up on leads and achieve monthly targets
• Gather market & competitor insights

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Outbound Sales: Find new business through cold calling, market networking, and industry referrals.
• Product Presentations & Consultations: Demonstrate furniture catalogs, explain raw material options (wood, metal, fabric), and offer custom manufacturing solutions.
• Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery timelines to close B2B or retail sales contracts.
• Production Coordination: Work closely with the manufacturing and dispatch teams to ensure correct specifications and on-time order execution.
• Account Management: Maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, corporate clients, and contractors for repeat business.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: Min. 4 years of proven sales experience, preferably in furniture manufacturing.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and negotiation skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of interior layouts, furniture construction.

Sales/field marketing experience preferred

Experience in Furniture, Modular Seating or Customized products.
