Responsibilities:
- Design and run outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate qualified leads for Business Development Managers to take ahead.
- Source for and build databases through scrappy hacks.
- Manage campaigns setup, QA, deployment and monitoring using tools like Clevertap, Instantly, Appify, Apollo etc.
- Continuously optimize campaigns by testing variables, tracking key metrics, and refining personalization, targeting, and deliverability to drive higher engagement and conversions.
- Develop nurturing flows for cold and warm leads to improve conversion over time.
- Research target accounts and decision makers using LinkedIn, Apollo and ensure smooth handoffs to Business Development Managers and support discovery calls when required.
- Partner with the design team to create compelling email and ad assets, and map content (case studies, alumni stories, brochures) to the right stage of the funnel.
- Work closely with academic teams to align student capabilities with evolving industry skill requirements and drive content distribution through omnichannel outreach.
Requirements :
- 2 to 4 years in B2B growth marketing, demand generation or outbound sales.
- Hands-on experience with Instantly, Apollo, Sales Navigator, Appify, Zapier or similar tools.
- Ability to craft clear, persuasive, and tailored outreach.
- Analytical mindset - ability to interpret campaign data and make evidence-based decisions.
- Understanding of outbound sales practices and ABM tactics.
- Demonstrated success running outbound campaigns that generated measurable demand.
- Experience designing multi-step automation workflows that integrate email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp.
- Scrappy and resourceful: can deliver results with or without a large budget.
