Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Udaipur for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The role involves identifying and engaging prospective clients, managing client relationships, executing sales strategies, and delivering training to channel partners. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, maintaining customer service excellence, and supporting marketing campaigns to promote the company's financial solutions and programs.
Qualifications
- Sales and Sales Management skills with a focus on achieving targets and executing sales strategies
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients and build lasting relationships
- Experience in Training channel partners and agents to ensure effective knowledge sharing and performance
- Ability to manage on-site responsibilities and collaborate with team members
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred
- Proficiency in market research and customer insights is a plus
