Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist will work full time on-site at The Ever Jewels in Surat, focusing on driving sales and strengthening the brand's market presence. Daily responsibilities include engaging with walk-in and referred customers, understanding their preferences, presenting suitable diamond jewelry options, and guiding them through the buying process. The role involves developing and executing marketing activities, supporting promotional campaigns, coordinating with management on sales strategies, and maintaining accurate records of leads and conversions. The specialist will also collaborate with team members, provide product training support as needed, and ensure an excellent in-store customer experience that reflects the company's standards.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and deliver a positive showroom experience.
• Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to convert leads, manage pipelines, and contribute to revenue growth.
• Candidates should possess Training skills to support team development on product knowledge and selling techniques.

• Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
