LOOKING FOR FRESHER MBA in SALES and MARKETING (LED LIGHTING DIVISION) in THANE
Job Role
The selected candidate will support sales initiatives, assist in customer engagement, and contribute to market development for our LED lighting products.
Responsibilities
- Support sales activities for LED lighting products across assigned markets.
- Assist in identifying new business opportunities through market research and lead generation.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and basic sales presentations.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, dealers, and channel partners.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, dispatch, and after-sales support.
- Participate in marketing campaigns, product promotions, and exhibitions when required.
- Maintain customer databases, sales records, and prepare periodic sales reports.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable LED lighting solutions.
Qualifications
- MBA (Sales / Marketing or related specialization)
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles.
- Willingness to learn about LED lighting products and industry trends.
- Good presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Self-driven, proactive, and target-oriented attitude.
Preferred Skills
- MBA Fresher specializing in Sales/ Marketing.
- Keen interest in sales, marketing, and business development.
- Willingness to travel as per business requirements.
Pay range and compensation package
Competitive salary package (30,000 40,000 per month).
