Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Specialist role based in Noida. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will identify and qualify leads, build and maintain relationships with clients in the PEB and construction ecosystem, and promote the company's engineering services to target accounts. The role includes preparing and delivering presentations, coordinating proposals, and supporting negotiations to close opportunities in collaboration with technical and management teams. The specialist will assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns, maintaining digital presence, and supporting brand-building activities such as events, webinars, and industry outreach. Day-to-day responsibilities also include tracking sales performance, maintaining CRM records, gathering market intelligence, and providing feedback to refine service offerings and go-to-market strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage professionally with clients, understand requirements, and provide responsive follow-up.
- Proven Sales and Sales Management abilities, including lead generation, pipeline management, and supporting closure of deals in a B2B environment.
- Experience in Training or product/service demonstrations, with the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear, client-friendly manner.
- Familiarity with engineering, construction, infrastructure, or related technical services is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Comfort working with CRM tools, basic analytics, and MS Office (or similar) for reporting and presentations.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams on-site in Noida.
