Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ghatal for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The Specialist will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, managing sales activities, providing excellent customer service, and overseeing training sessions to enhance the sales competency of the team. The role also includes contributing to the development and implementation of marketing strategies to drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for engaging with clients and addressing their needs effectively
- Sales and Sales Management skills, including the ability to identify opportunities, close deals, and manage the sales process
- Experience in Training team members to build skill sets and improve performance
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Proficient in using sales tools and technology to track and improve performance
- Previous experience in a sales or marketing role is preferred, but not mandatory
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
