Role Description The Sales & Marketing Specialist will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market reach, and strengthening brand visibility across SONU TRADERS diverse product portfolio. Based on-site in Kendrapara, the role involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective retailers, wholesalers, and business partners; promoting product ranges and key brands; generating business opportunities; and ensuring effective order management and follow-ups. The specialist will execute local marketing initiatives, monitor market trends and competitor activities, gather customer feedback, and identify opportunities for market expansion. The role also includes maintaining sales reports, monitoring stock availability, supporting inventory planning, and coordinating with management to achieve business objectives, sales targets, and sustainable market growth.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships and handle partner queries professionally.
Candidates should possess solid Sales and Sales Management skills to drive revenue, manage pipelines, and meet or exceed targets.
Candidates should possess Training skills to support onboarding of new team members or partners and share product knowledge effectively.
Relevant experience in retail, apparel, innerwear, or hosiery distribution is beneficial.
Ability to work on-site in Kendrapara, manage time effectively, and travel locally as needed.
Basic proficiency in using phones, email, and spreadsheets or sales tracking tools.
Minimum of a Graduate, a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
