Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Kochi. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing sales activities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include market research, lead generation, establishing and maintaining relationships with clients, and providing training and support to the sales team. The specialist will also be involved in executing sales plans and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
• Ability to provide Training and support to the sales team
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the education sector is a plus
