Sales And Marketing Specialist - Sign Board / Signage

Designation: Sales & Marketing Manager (Signage Industry)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Banking & Corporate Branding Faade signage, ACP cladding, LED displays.

2. Oil Sector (Retail Outlets) Canopy fabrication, pylon installation, high-mast signage, and more.

3. Engineering & Technical Know-how Strong understanding of signage structures, fabrication tools, materials, and site execution processes.

4. Project Coordination Ability to handle project timelines, team coordination, and contractor supervision.

5. Client Communication Clear and timely updates to clients with a solution-driven approach.

6. Mechanical Design Able to read and draw mechanical design.

7. New Product Development Knowledge of end-to-end process of new product development.

8. Site Execution Must have knowledge of site execution process and provide its solution.

9. Software Proficiency Familiarity with ERP, AutoCAD, G-Drive, and MS Office.

10. Industry Experience Prior work in signage fabrication or branding projects is highly preferred.

11. Team Leadership & Delegation Responsible for leading a team of 1015 members, ensuring effective task allocation, proper delegation of responsibilities, and monitoring progress to achieve team and organizational goals.

Qualification & Skills:

1. Good knowledge of MS Office & Google Sheets.

2. B.Tech / M.Tech (Mechanical).

3. Strong mechanical skills, able to read client drawings.

4. Knowledge of standard materials like MS, SS, and Aluminium characteristics.

5. Knowledge of mechanical processes and having polite & responsible behavior.

6. Good mail writing skills and knowledge of office tools.
