Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist, located in Ghaziabad. The individual in this role will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, maintaining relationships with clients, collaborating with the marketing team to develop effective campaigns, and creating strategies to achieve sales targets. The role will also involve providing customer service, conducting training for team members, and managing sales processes to drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven experience and expertise in Sales and Sales Management
- Ability to lead Training sessions and mentor team members effectively
- Analytical mindset to evaluate business opportunities and develop strategies
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and other relevant software is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
