Scrapbag is an integrated waste management and recycling solutions organisation operating across the E-waste ecosystem, with a focus on collection, segregation, processing, and compliance driven recycling. We work closely with corporates, businesses, and manufacturers to streamline e-waste handling, reverse logistics, and enable responsible recovery of valuable materials. As a service-oriented partner, Scrapbag also manages documentation, EPR formalities, and regulatory compliance, acting as a reliable bridge between waste-generating organizations and certified recyclers.

In addition to e-waste, Scrapbag is actively developing advanced solutions for emerging waste streams such as solar panel waste and battery waste- two areas set to grow exponentially in India's clean energy transition. By leveraging new technologies and industry partnerships, we aim to build a robust, future-ready ecosystem that supports sustainable recycling, circular resource use, and environmental accountability for enterprises across the country.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct targeted market research to identify potential clients and industries
  • Generate and qualify B2B leads through structured outreach (calls, LinkedIn, email)
  • Support client conversations and follow-ups to move deals forward
  • Analyze competitor activities and market trends for sales insights
  • Assist in building sales strategies and outreach approaches
  • Contribute to basic content (LinkedIn / website) to support business positioning
  • Maintain data tracking (leads, conversations, status) for pipeline clarity

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation.
  • Strong Research and Analysis skills with knowledge of research tools.
  • Strong Communication skills with a focus on professional client engagement.
  • Experience in B2B Sales and Marketing.
  • Pursuing or completed education in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related fields is advantageous.

Type: Full-Time, In-Office (Jaipur).

Start Date: Immediately

Perks: 13000-15000/Month + Performance Based incentives
