Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Rohtak. The role involves driving sales, managing customer relationships, and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote the company's insurance products. Key responsibilities include identifying potential customers, delivering product presentations, providing customer service to address inquiries, and collaborating on sales initiatives. The role also includes conducting training sessions for agents and stakeholders to enhance performance and effectively communicate company offerings.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Sales and Sales Management to meet and exceed targets
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service capabilities to build and maintain client relationships
- Ability to conduct Training to improve agent and stakeholder performance
- Proficiency in executing marketing strategies and enhancing brand presence
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Previous experience in insurance or financial services is a plus
- Proactive attitude with strong problem-solving and time-management skills
