Role Description The Sales Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi. The individual in this role will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing relationships with existing clients, and promoting the company's investment products and trading services. Day-to-day tasks include meeting prospective and current clients, explaining financial products and platforms, gathering client requirements, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery. The Sales Executive will track sales activities, prepare reports, follow up on leads, and work towards achieving defined sales and revenue targets. The role also involves staying updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and product developments to engage clients with informed, ethical recommendations.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and business development skills, including prospecting, lead conversion, and client relationship management.
- Knowledge of capital markets and financial products such as equity, derivatives, commodities, currency, mutual funds, and insurance.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities, with a focus on clear, client-centric explanations of complex financial concepts.
- Ability to work with CRM tools, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and basic data analysis for sales tracking and reporting.
- Relevant academic background, such as a bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; professional certifications in securities or wealth management are an advantage.
- Proven capability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while maintaining high ethical standards and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Prior experience in broking, wealth management, or financial services sales will be considered an added benefit.
