This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist, located in Kolkata. The role involves identifying and engaging with potential clients, developing sales strategies, providing customer service, and conducting sales follow-ups. The specialist will also be responsible for supporting sales management activities and training new team members to align with organizational goals and objectives.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and address their needs
• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management to meet sales targets and drive business growth
• Ability to deliver Training to team members and support their professional development
• Proactive problem-solving skills and results-driven mindset
• Proficiency in MS Office tools and CRM systems is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the interior design or construction industry is an advantage
