ReatchAll is a technology-driven B2B online grocery & FMCG platform enabling retailers, restaurants, food courts, and HoReCa businesses to procure quality products at competitive prices through a smart mobile app. We work closely with MSMEs, manufacturers, FPOs, and warehouse partners to create a data-driven, efficient, and transparent supply chain.
Position Summary
We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executives to onboard B2B customers, install the ReatchAll app, educate users, and generate daily orders through field sales activities.
This is a ground-level execution role involving direct visits to Retailers, Kirana Stores, Restaurants, Food Courts, Hotels, Cafes, Caterers, and Institutional Buyers.
Key Responsibilities
1. Field Sales & Customer Acquisition
Visit assigned areas daily to meet:
Retail stores (Kirana, Supermarkets)
Restaurants & Food Courts
Hotels, Cafes & Caterers (HoReCa)
Pitch ReatchAll's value proposition clearly:

App-based ordering
Reliable supply & fast delivery
2. App Installation & Onboarding
Install the ReatchAll B2B App on customer mobile phones
Complete customer registration and KYC (GST / Non-GST)
Explain:
How to browse products
How to place orders
Payment options & delivery timelines
3. Order Generation & Relationship Management
Take first and repeat orders through the app
Assist customers in placing orders initially
Ensure regular ordering and customer retention
Build long-term relationships with store owners and purchase managers
4. Market Intelligence & Feedback
Collect real-time market feedback on:
Pricing
Product availability
Competitor activities
Customer requirements
Share insights with the internal sales & operations team
5. Sales Targets & Reporting
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets:
App installations
Active customers
Order value
Maintain daily visit and sales reports through the CRM/app

Required Skills & Qualifications
Mandatory
Intermediate / Degree (any stream)
13 years experience in field sales / FMCG / grocery / HoReCa sales
Strong communication skills in local language + basic English
Willingness to travel daily in assigned territory
Android smartphone user
Preferred
Experience in B2B sales, ONDC, FMCG distribution, or wholesale
Knowledge of grocery, food ingredients, or HoReCa procurement
Existing retailer or restaurant network
