Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Sales and Marketing Specialist for a full-time position based on-site in Aurangabad. The role includes developing and implementing marketing strategies, generating and converting leads, maintaining relationships with current and prospective clients through excellent customer service, and providing training on our solutions to educators and clients. You will also be responsible for managing sales initiatives and tracking performance metrics while contributing to the overall growth of the organization.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients effectively.
• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management, with an ability to meet and exceed targets.
• Capability to conduct Training sessions on products and solutions with clarity and confidence.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Prior experience in the education or EdTech sector is a plus.
