Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Bengaluru. Responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and driving customer acquisition. The role involves coordinating marketing campaigns, providing exceptional customer service, and identifying new business opportunities. Additionally, the Specialist will collaborate with team members to deliver training programs, while ensuring client satisfaction and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to drive revenue growth and reach business targets.
• Experience in delivering or assisting with Training programs for professionals or customers.
• Demonstrated ability to develop marketing strategies and identify new opportunities.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools or sales tracking software is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
