Sales And Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Sales Director in achieving sales targets and business objectives for the VA division.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, and networking.
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing and potential customers, providing excellent customer service and technical support.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals to clients.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns, events, and promotional activities tailored to the local market.
• Gather and analyze market intelligence, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in CRM systems.
• Assist in the preparation of sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management review.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings as required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and health & safety regulations.

Requirements

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in industrial automation, engineering, or related sectors.
• Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Additional Requirements

• Willingness to travel within the Pune region and occasionally outside as required.
• Valid driver's license is preferred.
