We're early-stage and looking for a Tech Sales and Digital Marketing Specialist, to join us. This role will own the technical backbone of the company and help shape the culture, standards, and product DNA.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong understanding of business fundamentals (revenue, ROI, customer pain points)
- Ability to explain technical products in a simple, clear, and persuasive way
- Experience in sales, digital marketing, or a combination of both
- Strong communication and objection-handling skills
- Data-driven mindset with experience working on performance metrics
- Fast execution and ability to test and iterate quickly
- Ownership mindset with accountability for results
What You'll Build
- End-to-end customer acquisition funnel (marketing → sales → conversion)
- Outbound and inbound sales pipelines
- Performance-driven marketing campaigns (paid, content, or email)
- Conversion-focused funnels (ads → landing → follow-up)
- Revenue growth through closing and optimization
Nice to Have
- Experience in SaaS or tech sales
- Strong copywriting skills
- Experience with CRM tools and marketing analytics platforms
- Startup or 0→1 growth experience
Interview Process
Our selection process is designed to assess both technical expertise and cultural alignment:
- Initial Conversation (30 minutes): Background, mindset, and communication assessment
- Practical Assessment (30 minutes): Evaluation of sales ability (pitch + objection handling) and marketing thinking (funnel + execution approach)
- Final Discussion (30 minutes): Role expectations, ownership, and growth alignment
