Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The person in this role will identify and qualify leads, conduct outreach via email, calls, offline and social platforms, and present ParshWebCraft's web and SaaS solutions to potential clients. Daily responsibilities include managing a sales pipeline, preparing proposals, coordinating with the technical and design teams, and following up to close new business. The role also involves planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, tracking performance metrics, and refining messaging to improve conversions. The specialist will maintain ongoing client relationships, provide responsive support, and collect feedback to inform future service offerings.
Qualifications
- Strong client-facing skills in Communication and Customer Service, with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple business language.
- Proven experience in Sales, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals for digital services or related industries.
- Background in Sales Management or pipeline management, including setting targets, forecasting, and using CRM tools.
- Experience delivering Training or product walkthroughs for clients or internal teams to support successful onboarding.
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts (e.g., SEO, social media, email campaigns) and how they support sales goals.
- Comfort working remotely, managing time and priorities independently, and collaborating with distributed teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track, interpret, and act on sales and marketing performance data.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in IT services, web development, or SaaS sales is preferred but not mandatory.
