This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Agra. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building and maintaining customer relationships, developing effective marketing strategies, and providing exceptional customer service. Other tasks include training team members to enhance productivity and overseeing sales management to ensure revenue objectives are met while representing the company's mission and vision.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders
• Proven ability in Sales and Sales Management to achieve and surpass targets
• Experience in Training and mentoring team members to enhance their skill set and performance
• Ability to work collaboratively and proactively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience or understanding of the solar industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
