Role Description
We are seeking a Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team in a full-time, on-site role located in Sangli-Miraj and Kupwad. The candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies, handling customer inquiries, building and maintaining client relationships, providing product training to customers or partners, and managing overall sales operations. The role requires working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management to drive targets and manage operations effectively
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage and support clients effectively
- Experience in providing Training to team members or customers to boost product knowledge
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities and recommend informed solutions
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams and handle responsibilities independently
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Prior experience in the food products industry is a plus
- Proficiency in using CRM tools or sales software is an advantage
