Position: Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Specialist / Manager
Experience Required: 8+ Years in DCX Business Development or Sales with Proven Results
Location - Bangalore (Hybrid)
Work Timing - US Hours
- 8+ years of progressive experience in Digital Customer Experience and Call Centre business development, Inside Sales, or ABM roles with leading BPO services companies.
- Strong understanding of Digital Customer Experience (DCX) / Support Service ( Customer Support & Tech Support) solutions, market trends, and buyer personas.
- Experience with ABM platforms and tools (e.g., HubSpot etc).
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
