Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Kolkata.

Working hours: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.

The selected candidate will:

• Identify and pursue new potential customers across various industries
• Conduct cold calls, send outreach mails, and generate qualified leads
• Perform regular follow-ups and maintain client relationships
• Support existing clients with timely communication and service
• Report directly to the Managing Partner

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the steel industry or industrial B2B sales is preferred
• Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
• Self-motivated with a hunger to close deals
• Working knowledge of MS Excel
