Role Description
The Sales and Marketing Specialist will work full-time in an on-site role at our Vasai location. Responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, managing client relationships, providing excellent customer service, delivering sales training, and identifying new business opportunities. This individual will collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales goals, analyze market trends, and ensure customer satisfaction. A key aspect of the role is to contribute to the growth and success of MATRIX TUBE & FITTINGS PVT LTD through a proactive approach to sales and marketing.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with clients effectively and build relationships
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to achieve business objectives and manage client accounts
- Expertise in Training and coaching for developing an effective sales team
- Goal-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively
- Experience in the manufacturing or engineering industry is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous
- Knowledge of pipe fittings and flanges will be a plus
