This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ghaziabad for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The role involves identifying potential customers, promoting LCRPAY's financial solutions, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include managing sales pipelines, delivering training sessions, engaging with customers to provide exceptional service, and collaborating with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies. The role requires ensuring long-term relationships with clients and helping drive the company's growth.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients
• Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to identify opportunities, achieve targets, and lead sales strategies
• Experience in Training to educate clients and team members on products and solutions
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Familiarity with digital payments and financial services is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
