Role Description This full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Specialist role is based in Panchkula. The specialist will identify and engage prospective clients, present healthcare products and services, and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing. Daily responsibilities include conducting client visits, maintaining strong customer relationships, coordinating product demonstrations, and providing after-sales support. The role also involves executing local marketing initiatives, gathering market insights, tracking competitor activity, and reporting on sales performance. The specialist will collaborate with internal teams on promotional campaigns and participate in training sessions to stay updated on product features and industry trends.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with clients and internal teams.
  • Proven Customer Service abilities, with a focus on responsiveness, relationship-building, and client retention.
  • Demonstrated Sales experience, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals in a target-driven environment.
  • Experience in Sales Management or coordination, such as pipeline tracking, reporting, and basic territory or account planning.
  • Ability to deliver Training or product presentations to clients and stakeholders in an engaging and informative manner.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Familiarity with the healthcare or medical devices sector is an advantage.
  • Proficiency with basic office software and CRM tools, along with strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and marketing activities as required.
