Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Salem & Bangalore. The role involves driving sales initiatives, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and developing targeted marketing strategies to achieve business objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing customer inquiries, training sales teams, creating and executing sales plans, and providing exceptional customer service to maximize client satisfaction and drive revenue growth. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns effectively is a key aspect of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and ensure excellent customer satisfaction
- Sales and Sales Management experience to identify opportunities, manage accounts, and achieve sales targets
- Proficiency in training and supporting sales teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing and sales objectives
- A proactive attitude with problem-solving skills and attention to detail
