Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Jind. The candidate will develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies, build relationships with clients, and ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service. The role also involves conducting market research, managing sales processes, and providing necessary training to team members to drive business growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with an ability to connect effectively with clients and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management practices to achieve and exceed business targets
  • Experience in delivering Training programs to enhance team performance and skills
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic marketing plans
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Proven experience in a similar role is a plus
  • Knowledge of the education sector and local market trends is an advantage
