Role Description
The Sales and Marketing Specialist will manage and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue and enhance brand presence. This is a full-time on-site role located in Jaunpur. Daily responsibilities include engaging with potential clients, providing excellent customer service, overseeing sales initiatives, and conducting training sessions to improve team efficiency. The role also involves analyzing market trends and creating marketing campaigns that align with company goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and understand their needs
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management to achieve targets and drive revenue growth
- Ability to conduct Training sessions to develop the skills of the team
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Experience in the local market of Jaunpur is an added advantage
