Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hamirpur for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying potential customers, building strong relationships, and presenting tailored solutions. Daily responsibilities include conducting sales presentations, delivering effective communication, managing client accounts, providing excellent customer service, and training clients on product usage. The Sales Specialist will also collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team targets while ensuring consistent client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and sustain client relationships
- Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management, with the ability to achieve and exceed targets
- Experience in Training clients or team members on product usage and processes
- Team collaboration and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency using CRM software and other sales tools
- Previous experience in the IT or software industry is a plus
