Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist, located in Pune. Day-to-day tasks include identifying sales opportunities, developing marketing strategies, managing client relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and meeting sales targets. The role also involves conducting sales training sessions and managing sales operations efficiently.

• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
• Aptitude for conducting training sessions and mentoring team members
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
• Experience in the heavy engineering sector is advantageous
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
