The Sales and Marketing Specialist will play a key role in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth. Key responsibilities include identifying and nurturing potential clients, managing customer relationships, conducting market research, and contributing to sales planning and execution. This is a full-time on-site role located in Kozhikode.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for engaging with clients and maintaining relationships
• Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management for driving revenue and meeting business objectives
• Experience in Training and mentoring sales teams to achieve success
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve goals
• Proven understanding of strategic marketing and promotional activities
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is preferred
