We're Hiring: Sales & Marketing Expert – HVAC Industry

Hello Innovation Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Expert to support our growth in the HVAC industry.

The ideal candidate should be confident in B2B sales, client acquisition, lead generation, relationship management and business development, with the ability to identify opportunities across commercial and industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities

* Generate new leads and business opportunities

* Approach corporate, industrial and commercial clients

* Handle B2B sales for HVAC Projects, AMC, Service & Maintenance

* Develop relationships with architects, consultants, builders, facility managers and purchase teams

* Conduct client meetings, presentations and follow-ups

* Prepare proposals and coordinate quotations

* Maintain sales pipeline and CRM updates

* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

* Support digital and field marketing activities

* Identify new markets and strategic business opportunities

Preferred Skills

* Strong communication and negotiation skills

* Experience in B2B / Corporate Sales

* Good understanding of field sales and client handling

* Ability to independently generate and close business

* HVAC / AC / MEP / Engineering industry experience will be preferred

* Knowledge of LinkedIn, digital lead generation and corporate networking will be an advantage
