Role Description
This full-time, on-site role is based in Bengaluru and offers an opportunity to work as a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The position involves executing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, providing top-tier customer service, and developing training resources to optimize team performance. Additionally, the role includes responsibilities in sales management and nurturing client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with diverse clients and address their needs.
- Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management to develop and execute strategies that drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.
- Experience in Training to mentor and develop team members, ensuring their professional growth and alignment with company goals.
