Role Description

This is a full-time, Hybrid role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Chennai. The specialist will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and managing customer relationships. Responsibilities also include providing excellent customer service, creating and delivering presentations, assisting with training and development of the sales team, and driving sales performance effectively. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align marketing campaigns with sales objectives will also be part of the role.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 2-5 years in B2B sales/marketing (tech/SaaS/automation preferred)
  • Proven Sales and Sales Management experience with a track record of achieving targets
  • Proficiency in market research and business analysis
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
  • Ability to lead Training sessions and support the development of team performance
  • Experience creating and managing social media content (LinkedIn, Twitter) for B2B audiences
  • Experience with LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, CRM tools
  • Ability to maintain consistent posting schedules and engagement
  • Self-starter who thrives in remote, startup environments
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

Nice-to-Have (Bonus Points)

  • Knowledge of RPA, automation, or digital transformation
  • Experience selling to banking/NBFC/insurance sectors
  • Familiarity with Zoho CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Previous startup or early-stage company experience
