Role Overview

Garden Flavours is seeking a driven and commercially strong Sales & Marketing Lead to manage key accounts and drive growth across both the Indian and Export markets.

This role requires someone who can balance relationship-building, market expansion, and strategic planning, while working closely with technical and production teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.

We are looking for a proactive leader who understands B2B selling, structured account management, and long-term business development.

Key ResponsibilitiesKey Account Management
  • Manage and grow strategic key accounts across domestic and export markets
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with customers
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate internally to deliver solutions
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and retention

Domestic & Export Market Development
  • Drive business development initiatives across the Indian market
  • Identify and develop export opportunities
  • Coordinate with international clients and distributors
  • Understand market dynamics, pricing strategies, and competitive positioning
  • Support participation in trade shows and industry exhibitions

Sales Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and implement structured sales plans
  • Track sales performance and achieve revenue targets
  • Work closely with R&D and production for project timelines
  • Prepare sales forecasts and pipeline reports
  • Analyse competitor activities and market trends

Marketing Alignment
  • Collaborate with marketing teams for brand positioning and communication
  • Provide market feedback to support product innovation
  • Contribute to content, campaigns, and promotional strategies

What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B Sales (FMCG / Food Ingredients / Flavours preferred)
  • Proven experience in key account management
  • Exposure to export markets and international client handling
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
  • Commercial acumen with structured reporting habits
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with technical teams
  • Proactive, growth-driven, and ownership-oriented mindset

Preferred Background
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Food Technology, or related field
  • Prior experience in flavour houses or ingredient companies is highly preferred
  • Familiarity with regulatory and export documentation processes is a plus
